Gods, I love Achewood. Some days, however, I love it more than others, and this would be one of those days.

If you loathe Comic Sans, a bland, saccharine typeface that cheapens the lives of everyone who even glances at it, you might also be interested in this site: ban comic sans. I know I am!

Maybe soon (did you see my air quotes?) I’ll write up some posts about how I loves me some typefaces. I’m a Futura and Helvetica man, meself

As a Helvetica man, you will be interested in this new documentary: http://www.helveticafilm.com/

It’s scheduled to play Detroit at some point later this year, it looks like. Probably at the DFT, I would think.

Is comic sans the rounded block print favored by most ink cartoonists and drafters?

Ugh, yeah. Did you check the ban comic sans link? I’d go so far as to say it is the Olsen Twins of typefaces — overused, and hideous…

Note to Self: Never, but NEVER, use comic sans for anything! The wrath of teh intranets will descened upon me :-O

Shoot, guess I’ll stick to Times New York Roman or whatever 😛
